By scheduling a 45-minute legal strategy call, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.Â
- All scheduled calls are subject to conflict check.
- Once your call is confirmed, the $300 fee shall become fully non-refundable.Â
- At your request, your consultation fee may be applied to any additional services that you request within 5 calendar days of your call. Â
- Each consultation is considered a limited engagement, during which an attorney from MZA Legal will provide business and/or legal advice. A consultation does not entitle you to legal representation in any negotiation, hearing, or other capacity.Â
- Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your call at any point prior to the scheduled start time. Please send your reschedule request to hello@mza.legal. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled call without a timely reschedule request, your call will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.Â

On the date of your call, we’ll get together over Zoom to discuss your situation, and help you choose a clear path forward.
4. Follow Up 📧
24-72 hours after our call, we’ll send a follow up email recapping your call, and outlining suggested next steps.Â
