Once you choose a plan fill out our contact form or give us a call to get started. We’ll email you an engagement agreement to sign, and text you a short intake form to complete. Once you’re all signed on, we’ll send you a link to schedule any follow up services such as consultations at your convenience, and you can kickback while we take care of the rest.

We’ll send you an electronic invoice so you can make payment electronically with a debit or credit card. We also accept cash and money order. 

If you don’t want to pay the entire amount up front, we do offer the option to pay in three monthly installments. You will need to use a credit or debit care to pay in installments.

Consultations give you the opportunity to speak one on one with a professional and get clarity. Whether you have specific questions or need help figuring it all out, we’ll take the time to understand your situation, lay out your options, and help you choose a plan of action so you can move forward with confidence.

We’ll read through your contract (up to 7 pages) for terms that you should be concerned about. If you have any specific questions about the contract, you can email them to us and we’ll answer them too. We’ll send you a summary of our thoughts and answers via email. If necessary, we’ll schedule a follow up call to clarify anything that you don’t understand.

We’ll review your potential trademark, and conduct a comprehensive search of the USPTO database and other sources to determine the likelihood that you would be able to register your business name or slogan as a trademark.
