How Do We Protect the Information We Collect?

26) Information collected through our Site is protected from unauthorized access using password protected software, and, in some cases, two factor authentication.
Deleting Stored Information
27) You may request the deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at hello@mza.legal. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
28) When contacting us to request deletion of your personal information, please provide:
a) your name;
b) your contact information; and
c) a description of the information that you have shared.
29) Upon confirming your written request, we will delete your person information that is stored in databases that we have access to and send requests to third-parties with whom we have shared such information to delete it. Please allow up to 30 day for us to complete this process.
30) Except where compliance is required by law, we reserve the right to reject any deletion request.
Electronic Payments
31) We may offer products or services for purchase through the Site. Purchases made through the Site are facilitated by LMPay, a third-party payment processing service, (the “Payment Processor”).
32) During the payment process, you may be asked to share sensitive financial information. Such information may include credit or debit card information, and bank account information. We do not collect or store this information. The Payment Processor is responsible for the collection and storage of such information.
Miscellaneous
33) This Policy does not create any third-party rights or obligations.
34) This Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard for choice of law principles. Any legal action taken under or in relation to this agreement shall be brought in a state or federal court located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
